We aim to take the stress out of finding and appointing a contractor to look after your grounds as we know how busy you are.
Here at Logical Lawns we will visit your site and review any specifications that you may already have, if you don’t already have one we will work with you to create a tailor made specification so that we can best serve your and your customers needs. We are flexible in our approach and can provide visits that are weekly, fortnightly or monthly to ensure we meet your needs and keep to the specification.
During each visit we will document any issues that we notice before reporting this back to our customer, where appropriate we can provide quotes and arrange for any work that is authorised to be completed either by us or our trusted contractors. Often this can be completed whilst on site as most of our vans tend to be fully equipped enabling us to carry out speedy repairs on your property limiting further damage or bad publicity from long winded timelines for repairs.
We take pride in our work and will treat your property with respect, we know how important it is that the work we carry out is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. We will carry out the required work each visit, working to our high standards. After each visit we take a number of photos which show that we have attended in case of any disputes. We can provide these where you may need them and will happily evidence what we carried out.
We do not routinely charge this service at an hourly rate as this can lead to some difficulties in budgeting, we know this makes life difficult to use these figures in a budget. Instead we provide an annual cost for the specification we agree on and this is then spread across the year to be paid monthly. This means that property managers, facilities managers and business owners can budget this cost with ease and prevents those sudden spikes in your charges.
